I am an idiot, thought factor 15 sunscreen would suffice. But no, it didn’t and now I have that lobster look. Argh. A little bit of sun in the UK for a week and i’m out after day 1. On the plus side I’ve dropped another couple of percent body fat so at least the burn looks better on me than it would have done a month ago :)

As for Paleo, nooo, it’s not restrictive at all. You just need to change your mind set.
If anything you can eat nice things and not feel guilty. I just saw your post about coming back and eating lots and feeling bad after drinking. This just doesn’t happen when you’re paleo, you have food that it’s okay to eat. Take a look at this for example http://paleorrific.tumblr.com
Plenty of amazing tasty recipes. I always have a fridge full of great snack food like nuts, macadamias, dark chocolate, I always have cakes or chocolate cakes made from coconut and almond flour, vegetable chips with cayenne pepper, all healthy great snacks.
As someone that’s paleo I never count calories, never weigh myself, I just see my body changing and inches coming off the waist all through eating as much bacon and fat and delicious foods as I like :) I guess you can’t go too overboard but when you eat full fat high protein foods you don’t overeat and don’t feel the need to go mad.
Blood sugar levels and insulin is under control so you don’t have that same need to gorge on sweet foods :)
You should try the 30 day challenge and see what happens. Just give it a go, it’s only 30 days, you’ll see a huge difference and my guess is you’ll never look back.

Decided to do an Intro Class for Crossfit tomorrow am. If I like it I’ll do the Foundations course in 2 weeks and then join!! Ah I’m so excited!
